After downloaded extract it in C > program files > adobe > photoshop > presets > brushes

Open a file with a black background
Open a patterned layer corner and select the color white. also set the size, eg 500 px.
Open a layer again, put it at a different angle. Can use the option Flip X and Flip Y in the Brushes panel.
Add outer glow on the first layer by clicking the add a layer style and choose the option outer glow

In the layer style box, select the yellow light, slide the slider size to 35 px.
Do the same on the second layer, drag the slider size to 15 px only.
Add the variation to the image

Membuat Teks efek Wind

File > New (Ctrl+N)
Ukuran 500px x 200px , resolution 71 pixels/inch, Bacground warna hitam : 000000
Type Tool : Horizontal Type Tool

Atur posis huruf dengan menggunakan move tool
Klik menu Image – Rotate Canvas – 90 0 CW dan akhirnya posisi texs menjadi miring.
Setelah texs dalam keadaan miring klik Filter – Stylize – Wind - ok

Akan muncul tampilan seperti ini :

Kemudian OK

kembalikan posisi nya seperti semula dengan cara : Image – Rotate Canvas - 90 derajat CCW.
Setelah itu kita gunakan layer style dan pilih Bevel and Embos.

Bisa diberi Gradient hitam (sesuai selera)

Bisa ditambah gambar-gambar seram

Ukuran 450px x 170px , resolution 71 pixels/inch, Contents = white
Type Tool : Horizontal Type Tool

font: "arcanum " ukuran 65 pt (sesuaikan)

Tuliskan Ubur-ubur, warna : ecad17

Layer --> Layer Style --> Inner Glow... 

Layer --> Layer Style --> Bevel and Emboss... 

Masih di area Bevel and Emboss

Contour, Pilih type contour pojok kanan atas

—Ukuran 800 x 600, resolution 72 pixels/inch, Contents = white

—Type Tool : Horizontal Type Tool

Jenis Font :sesuai keinginan

 Main Menu ==> Layer ==> Bevel and Emboss

—Atur seperti setingan berikut :

—Perubahan terlihat seperti di atas

—Membuat duplikat layer : Main Menu ==> Layer ==> Duplicate Layer

—Beri nama SHADOW2

—Pada SHADOW klik kanan pilih clear layer style

—Transform ctrl + T sehingga membentuk seperti berikut

—Main Menu ==> Layer ==> Gradien Overlay

—Untuk warna Gradien yg tidak putih transparan bisa disetting dengan

jika anda melakukan dengan benar maka hasilnya akan menjadi seperti yang di atas.
